Missing Audio Software

please help. i have yellowquestion marks next to both mulimedia audio controller and RAID controller in device manager but am unable to repair either because without neccessary software. step by stepinstructions are required! many thanks.

Hi there, I have the same problem as the original poster but after following the link, downloading the drivers and unzipping them I directed the install wizard to their location on my computer and it simply says it cannot find the correct software. I attempted downloading the drivers from Soundblast but the setup program for installing the drivers had an error saying it couldn't detect the drivers.
