My friend has just upgraded her system from windows ME to windows xp home edition and it will not detect the internal modem anymore. Is this normal? Her computer is rather old but can the problem be rectified and if so how? I believe you may be able to do it by getting the driver download and installing it manually but not sure how to go about this, especially with old computers. Any ideas????
