help no sound device

heres my spec if this helps, in computer management the mutimedia audio controller has yellow icon please help!

The MSI MS-6741 has Realtek AC'97 audio go here http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

Download the (Executable file) save to desktop, double click downloaded file on desktop to install.

Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions

Exclamation web site not responding

when i go to the web site the downloadbuttons do not respond and then the web browser crashers does any one no of a different down load site or a alternative?
