Sound not working

I have a Matsonic MS9127C and i have installed the sound driver and i dont know what else is wrong i know my speakers work because i used them on my other computer do i have to download something else

Check this out to see if C-Media is the default audio
Check Control Panel/ Sound & Audio Devices/ Audio tab/ Sound Playback click on
down arrow and check that the correct audio is selected. Typically the problem will be something “modem line 0 playback” has been substituted for the correct audio device.
