Hello there, I had a "friend/expert in computers" who I paid

, to upgrade my son's computer and he installed an NVIDIA graphic card. He said that it would be the right one, since he likes to play video games.
I have a little problem. My son's computer is not working the way it should be. Its a slower but I keep getting a message that the hardware is not installed correctly. someone came and said that there's a problem with the video card drivers.
I went to NVDIA.com and I though I installed the correct one but the screen went blue. I had to restore the computer to an earlier date.
I went to "System Information" and this is what I get:
Video Controller PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_0181&SUBSYS_01B610DE&REV_A2\4&8CA 73A7&0&0008 This device is not configured correctly.
I know some about computers, but i'm not getting nowhere.
Thanks for taking the time to read this and any help..
