Sound Proplem with multimedia audio controller in my Mercury Elite Celeron 3000i

I have tryed every thing to get sound. I go into my device manager and that little yellow symble is on the mutlimedia audio controller botton and i dont have any off the disks. Its a Mercury Elite 3000i intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.26GHz
2.27GHz, 504 MB of ram. I have got windows xp Home Edition verion 2002 service pack 2. So if someone could help id be so happy i miss sound

Got the computer from cash converters so i was expecting something.
