Another Video Controller Question

Hello, I have a question about the "Video Controller (VGA Compatible)" in my device manager, it is listed under the "Other Devices" and has a large yellow Question Mark, as well as a small exclamation point beside it. I'm not quite sure if this is the problem but before I waste time, lets get to the point.

I'm trying to run the game "World of Warcraft" on this computer, however when I run the .exe I only get this message.

"World of Warcraft was unable to start up 3D acceleration. Please make sure DirectX 9.0c is installed and your video drivers are up to date."

Well I'm sure DirectX9.0c is installed, but then the driver problem rears it's ugly head. The question is, since this is a problem that has to do with my driver, what do I do to get World of Warcraft to play on my PC? I'm sure I need to get new drivers from somewhere, but so far I've had no luck. Here is my Computer Summary.
