Controller Problems - Please Help

Hi I recently reformatted my PC with Win XP and now under Other Devices I have yellow Qn marks against Multimedia Audio Controller, PCI Simple Communications Controller and Video Controller (VGA Compatable). I have no sound and I cannot adjust my screen resolution. Everytime I move the pixels up to 1024 x 768, my screen goes black with a message "out of range".

Can anybody help please?

That ASrock board has onboard video, need to know if a Video card installed, and check the chipset, Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section
