Hi guys,
Did a clean reinstall of XP Pro, and now I have no sound. Had no internet, either, but was able to use the "Driver and Utilities" CD that came with the Dell to reinstall the necessary drivers/software. However, this did not work for the audio. When trying with the audio, it gets almost all the way complete and then says "No Driver Found. Please retry this setup again after restart." And then, after a restart, it says the same thing.
