Multimedia Audio Controller problem

I need someone to help me figure out which driver I need to install to my computer. I tried installing a Realtek driver earlier (I can't remember which one specifically) but it only let me hear some sounds and not others.
I'm also missing a driver for Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

Both Multimedia Audio Controller and Video Controller (VGA Compatible) appear with a yellow question mark in the device manager.

Any help? I'd appreciate it.

Need more info, make and model of comp, and Are your audio and monitor plugs on the I/O plate or in a expansion slot, see here, click image to focus

if not sure of model Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates.
