choose Save File - choose the Desktop from menu that opens.

When download complete go to your desktop and double click the WDM_A404.exe file and follow instructions to install

hi

thank you sooo much i got the sound back thank to you..... did this stuff effect my video in anyways? cuz my game counterstrike is still weird with the video (atari like)

i have a yellow exclamation mark on video controller (vga compatible) and my games are still like atari can you still help me please (tell me if you need my info again)

This is your driver from Nvidia http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_169.21_whql.html

installation is the same as for audio driver,( make a note of the driver ) save to desktop, then double click the downloaded file on desktop

Set a System Restore Point before installing driver just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
