Accidentally deleted all sound from my comp. can anyone help please

Hi, Well I was "cleaning" my computer and deleted what I thought was a virus or some unwanted proram and turns out I deleted the Sound System. I have no idea how to get it back and I see some of you can help. I have been all over the internet for days now and finally found this site so please please help me !
