Hi There my problem is similar to many other threads relating to sound problem. I do not have sound on my pc after reinstalling Win XP. I downloaded belrac advisor and here is the info

Could you pls help me fix my problem i have been waiting for days now and its a bit urgent now, pls try and help.

you have the service tag number. all you really need to do is go to dell support and drivers, and enter your service tag number. i done it for you ,heres your drivers, your need the auido drivers ati 198x intergrated audio. http://support.dell.com/support/down...atid=&i mpid=
