not able to find VGA and SM BUS controllar

hello,
recently i have formated my computer.But i am not able to find VGA compatible video controllarand SM bus controllar.
I have Intel pentium 4 processor, intel P4 D 101 GGC original motherboard. I have tried to install other intel drivers but they are showing error.
Even i m not getting any voice when i play music.
PLZ help me out to solve this problem.

You need video and chipset driver Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section
