no sound on my computer.............

ok a couple days ago the sound was working fine....then all of a sudden in the middle of a song the sound just cut off.....i tried uninstalling then re-installing.....taking out the pci card...putting it back in....i dont know what to do anymore...first it used to say.....this device cannot start (code 10).....now it says.....this device is not configured correctly (code 1)........

this is what i have please help!
