Exclamation Multimedia Audio Controller problem

Im having a problem with the multimedia audio controller. There is a Yellow Exclamation point and it says there is no driver installed. I was running XP, and when I upgraded to vista that's when the problem began.

Your audio plugs must be on the I/O plate for this driver to work, if you use an expansion slot then you have a Sound Card installed, see here, click the image to focus
http://www.overclockeddoc.com/bookwo...0io%20slot.JPG

You will find your audio driver here at Asus http://support.asus.com.tw/download/...Language=en-us

Set a System Restore Point before installing driver just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
