Problem with Video Driver?

A while back I had to re-downlaod windows xp and my sound didn;t work after that, but I fixed that. Ever since then something has been wrong with my video driver. When I try to play a game I get this error message.

There was an error while initializing your video card.

PLEASE DO NOT FILE THIS ERROR AS A BUG!

Video Driver: Intel(R) G965 Express Chipset Family

Initializing Direct3D...
Your system is reporting that Direct3D hardware acceleration is not available. Please obtain an updated driver from your video card manufacturer.

Initializing OpenGL...
Your system is reporting that OpenGL hardware acceleration is not available. Please obtain an updated driver from your video card manufacturer.

Any ideas on what's wrong or how I can fix this?

Maybe it's just the program I'm trying to run(although it did work before I re-downloaded windows)? Because I downloaded this early today, but it still didn't work. Any other suggestions?

What program are you trying to run? What do you mean that you re-downloaded windows?

I'm trying to play Stepmania(videogame), and when I try to run windows media center, it says, "Your video card or drivers are not compatible with media center." What I mean by re-download windows, is that I had that thing with the blue screen come up and I couldn't do anything on my computer, so I had to delete all the memory and put the re-installation disc in.

I'm sorry, but what do you mean by the hardware results? Hardware isn't on the page? Is it the Microsoft hotfixes or software? maybe?

It seems Dell has 3 drivers for your PC ATI, Nvidia and intel on board driver so with out been able to see inside your PC it makes it a bit hard so the only way to find out is to take the side cover off and have a look. Here is the link to the driver page, book mark it http://support.dell.com/support/down...&catid=&impid=
