Media Audio Controller Problem

please help me up.. after i reformat my PC theres no sound. i guess same with the others problem.. i cant find any driver thats compatible in my sound card.. please help me... T_T

It's not giving the motherboard or make Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section

Open Everest - expand Computer - select Summary - select Report - Quick Report - HTML . The report opens, using mouse hold the left button and starting at all above Debug-PCI - highlight all the text - when highlighted right lick mouse - select Copy.
