Another Sound Driver Problem

I have a Samsung X06 laptop, and have been cleaning it up and deleting programs, and must ahve deleted a driver. I get the message now when I try and play music 'Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer'

But when I try and download a driver it cant find any. Is there any help you can give. Trouble is I dont know how to find out what hardware I have. Does anyone have any ideas?

Set a System Restore Point before installing drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore / select Create a restore point and follow instructions
