Smile No Audio Device Please Help!!!

Hi everybody! I am having trouble finding the audio drivers for my motherboard. Ive tried everything from all realtek drivers to reinstalling my OS but nothing seems to work. If it helps here are my specs from everest corporate edition:

Using your motherboard model details isn't coming up with anything useful, but sometimes it's best to attack the 'missing driver' issue by going to the PC manufacturer's website rather than the motherboard manufacturer. This is especially true with 'big name' PCs & laptops, since their drivers are modified versions made specially for them. And only those will work properly.

Thats just the problem. My computer was given to me by my brother in law who was overseas. The computer i believe is korean and the drivers are not easy to find but thanks for trying anyway.
