Help! Need drivers for emachine

Hi, I think i need to download driver/s for my emachine pc model 3240

I've been having the worst 2 weeks, unable to connect to the internet, when i look under device manager, under other devices the:

- Ethernet Controller
-PCI Device (i have no idea what this is?)
- Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

are all earmarked with a yellow exclamation point.

Please help if you can,
