Device manager: Ethernet controller

Hi, my device manager lists the following as not having drivers installed;

- Ethernet Controller
- PCI Device
- Video Controller (VGA Compatible)

It's a real pain because i'm unable to use the internet and have tried looking for drivers myself,

Below is a report from Belarc, i've tried to include as much info as possible, any help would be much appreciated.

I suspect a graphic card installed, thats the PCI device , Get Everest, copy and paste the Computer / Summary section

Because i don't have internet access on the problem pc i will have to download drivers to external hard drive then onto problem pc

To prevent this again, what is the best method to backup my drivers? and how do i do it?
