Question Yet another sound problem..

I tried my best to figure out the information I need by myself but I give up. Please help me fix the Multimedia Audio Controller!? It has a yellow question mark next to it and in properties it says that the drivers for the device are not installed.

I don't remember changing any settings before restarting my computer, and the sound was working fine before the restart. After everything finished loading, a notification appeared at the taskbar telling me that new hardware had been detected as did a hardware update wizard to assist with installation of the Multimedia Audio Controller.

I didn't pay much attention to this at the time, then I tried to listen to music as I had been about 5 minutes before, except there was no sound.
The default device for sound playback and recording at the moment is Bluetooth AV/HS Audio, however, my speakers are not able to connect via bluetooth. The only other options are Modem #9 Line Playback and Modem #9 Handset Playback.

Here is the Belarc Profile (I tried to shorten it so if there is anything else you need just let me know - any help you can give me will be very appreciated):
