I can't hear anything after reformatting my pc..help!!!

i have reformatted my pc.
i don't hear any sound coming from my computer and it's bothering me a lot. I don't know what to do...and I downloaded a lot of things in the internet..I don' know what to do..help!!!!!please..

we shared the same problem... i have no idea what to do...
tried so many things.. still didnt work..

guys.....just by saying "my sound doesn't works"..you haven't provided any information to others, you have just mentioned that you have a problem with your computer, that all !

I suggest you guys first read few threads that have been posted regarding sound and audio problem and that try to follow suit and provide more information about your PC...at that point someone will be to help you out.

Hope to see you back with more info.

everest is not giving the board, need the make and model, Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates. It may give what we need

Is there a label of any sort on the tower, there are no clues in any report, can you pop the side off the tower and look on the board, the make and model will be shown, it will be in the form of a name or letters followed by numbers, look at this it will give an example of what to look for.
