Problem with sound card driver installation

ok, so i bought a new computer few days ago and added up all drivers but sounds card ones. the problems is that when i start installation, it all goes ok, but then it just says some error accured and stops with installation

1st when i installation is running, and once it does this:

anyone can help?

need more info, make and model or Get Belarc, copy and paste the report, omit the Software section, it gives Product Codes for your OS and the Windows Critical Updates.
