Exclamation driver needed for MSI BIOS motherboard MS6738!

I have been on tons of forums and have tried to find the correct driver for the MicroStar International BIOS motherboard MS6738 for my multimedia audio controller. People send me to other threads (with links) but I have not found the link that takes me to the right driver. I thought it was the download for KM266_Win2K-XP72 someone sent me to, but when I unzip it, extract it and try to install it the only thing it installs on my computer is the s3setup.log for The ProSavageDDR driver setup. There is no setup.exe only the computer icon with a disk on the right and a folder box on the left that says setup. Someone told me that this is what I needed to install and that is when it gave me the setup.log stuff. I am sooo frustrated at this point. I would appreciate any help someone can give me to point me in the right direction and then explain to me what the steps are to unzipping, extracting and installing. Thanks
God bless,
Penne

I allready pointed out in the original thread what you needed to do. Why start another one?

Obtain winzip: http://www.winzip.com/index.htm
You get a free evaluation period.
After installing that, right click the ".zip" file and choose extract to folder and choose a location.

Start with the Realtek file, as I said.

Regarding the KM266_Win2K-XP72 file. It does indeed contain a setup.exe. I downloaded it to check. It's the video driver though.
