Exclamation No sound!

After a clean install of windows xp on my pc I can't hear anything and in device manager I get "multimedia audio controller" and "sm bus controller" in a yellow exclamation mark, what driver do I need?

I found a file called nvswap that works with audio and video perhaps it will help.

Hi my computer cannot play any sounds! it says it can't detect a sound device..Please help!!
