Sound problem

so ya ive read the other posts everyone else has had with similar problems but im stumped ive looked and looked for the name of the controller so i can get the proper driver but i cant, i thought it was maybe a problem with the onboard so i tried a new sound card but i have the same freaking problem of not being able to find the driver for the multimedia audio controller! please help
