Ethernet card could not be found

On my desktop my internet wasnt working and i found out i had my ethernet card uninstalled and so i tried to reinstall it but my computer could not find it i tried a different slot but it still could not find it i know the card works because it was never damaged and ive had this problem fixed before and also it works on my other tower here is my computer information

There was no software that came with this ethernet card and that i didnt need when i was using it usually it would be detected by add hardware and install itsself from there
