Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 problems

Ok, I uninstalled Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 and then reinstalled because everytime i tried to run Counter strike it said my buffer lock was wrong, so when i reinstalled it it will not let me run off it, only the motherboard graphics, Help PLEASE!

Did you uninstall the old drivers and run the 91.31 drivers ?
