Missing driver
I am running Win XP Pro sp2. I have no sound at all. No active mixer device. All options greyed out. My video will play but has no sound. I use Win Media Player 11. Says i may not have a card installed or in use by another program. I know it isnt. No yellow marks in Device Manager. Also i see that the Windows Audio is set to automatic in 'Local Services' yet it does not start. I have tried to start it manually and it gives me the following... 'error 3'-Cannot find the path specified. Please help.
