Parallels on MacBook Pro NO SOUND!!!

I have a MacBook Pro (june 2006). I installed parallels with Windows Xp Pro and in Device Manager i get "multimedia audio controller" with the yellow ?!.

I have a decent background with computers and in my searching for the past few weeks i have found nothing that works so i have come to my friends here at st&t.
