Drivers missing after formating

I have yellow question marks on my sound drivers:

* "Multimedia Audio Controller"
* "PCI Modem"
* "SM Bus controller"
* "Video Controller (VGA Comatible)"

I have a Toshiba Satellite L20-SP231 Laptop - Windows XP Pro installed

Please help with these missing drivers?

from dropdown list select
Refine Search - Windows XP SP2 / SP3

All Categories - again from dropdown list
1st - Special - Intel chipset install first then Restart your comp
this driver must be installed before installing any of the others

2nd - Display - install and Restart if asked to

3rd - Sound

4th - Modem

Set a System Restore Point before installing EACH DRIVER just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore – click radio button Create a restore point and follow instructions
