Realtek audio driver here
http://www.e4allupgraders.info/dir1/...ownloads.shtml

download the file and save to desktop - then double click the downloaded file and follow instructions

Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore – click radio button Create a restore point and follow instructions

Where am i going wrong? Many Thanks.

use the restore point you created before installing the driver, to take the comp back, then get this driver from Realtek
http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

Click I Accept – wait for site to reload – click Next

Download the (Executable) file – save to desktop – double click downloaded file and follow installation instructions.

Set a System Restore Point before installing just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore – click radio button Create a restore point and follow instructions

Need more info, make ,model or motherboard if not sure get Belarc, copy and paste the report but leave out the win update section and the Software Licence section it gives your Win Product code
