Windows XP - No Audio, Drivers Work? Help?

I spent several hours scouring the forums for info on my specific mobo, and couldn't find anything, then spent two hours getting the site to log me in to post this, so sorry if i seema little aggressive... anyways, I have been having trouble with my sound for weeks, ever since my brother moved my computer without my permission. Ever since he moved it, I couldn't get any sound. I tried the speakers I've been using, and three diferent headsets. None work. I currently have these settings, as displayed by Belarc:

Operating System
Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 (build 2600)

System Model
MICRO-STAR INTL, CO.,LTD. MS-7037 Ver 0A
Enclosure Type: Desktop

Main Circuit Board b
Board: MICRO-STAR INTL, CO.,LTD. MS-7037 Ver 0A
Bus Clock: 200 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 12/23/2004

Multimedia
Realtek AC'97 Audio
Standard Game Port

Software Versions (excerpt)
Real 9-10 *
AC3 Filter *

I checked my BIOS setup, and can't remember the audio setting, but I can't get back into BIOS, it keeps skipping to the OS boot-up... Please help.

check this to see if realtek is default audio

Check Control Panel/ Sound & Audio Devices/ Audio tab/ Sound Playback click on down arrow and check that the correct audio is selected. Typically the problem will be they something like "modem line 0 playback" might have been substituted for the proper audio device
