no sound anymore here!

hi,Ive recently formatted my computer and installed windows xp sp2, then I noticed that there is no sound from the speakers, I don't know what's wrong

what make and model if not sure get Belarc, copy and paste the report but leave out the win update section and the Software Licence section it gives your Win Product code
