Multimedia audio controller!!!(Help needed)

There is a problem with my Multimedia Audio Controller. When I went to devices there was a yellow question mark next to it and wrote The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28).i dont know where to find the driver update, Belarc says under Multimedia None Detected. Heres some info on my computer.

If you're giving poor replies, then how can people help you? Give MORE details, what happened when you tried to install the drivers? Any error messages? any problems, or faults?
