Multimedia Audio Controller driver needed! URGENT!

Please help i need the drivers for the Multimedia Audio Controller!
I tried AC'97,REALTEK, BASICALLY EVERYTHING! NONE OF THEM HELPED!
I THINK MY SOUND CARD IS 24BIT SOUND BLASTER, IM NOT SURE, PLEASE TELL ME A DRIVER THAT WILL FIX THIS PROBLEM!
