Foxconn 755A01-6EKRS drivers (Need a pro!)

I recently got this motherboard from a friend, I need the drivers for the inbuilt sound card and the ethernet port.

I have checked in Device Manager and it only shows MultiMedia Audio Controller. However I know there is a ethernet port on the back. Little puzzled about that one, possibly a hardware issue?

OS: Windows 7
AV: MBAM
CPU: 2.00 gigahertz AMD Athlon 64
RAM: 2GB or ddr2
Radeon X1550 64-bit

This is I believe is your board from Foxconn - named for some reason K8S755A-6EKRS, same socket, chipset, audio, video and Glan
drivers at Foxconn only up to Win 2K, but audio and lan are Realtek, Get Everest / copy and paste the Computer – Summary section. Leave out the Debug –PCI section. It should show more detail
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/...-Edition.shtml

audio from Realtek http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...&GetDown=false

Click I Accept – wait for site to reload – click Next

Download the (Executable) file – save to desktop – double click downloaded file and follow installation instructions.

Set a System Restore Point before installing any drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore – click radio button Create a restore point and follow instructions
