Multimedia Audio Controller Needs Drivers After Reinstallation of XP! Help Me Please!

Help me please! I have been up all night trying to fix this issue after reinstalling Windows XP on my desktop! It has a yellow question mark/exclamation point next to the Multimedia Audio Controller and says 'The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)' It says location 'PCI bus 0, device 31, function 5' I ran Belarc as requested by the wonderful and helpful SOUND QUEEN. Of course, I'd love and appreciate help from anyone! Thanks for your time!
