Help PCI device doesn't want to install

Hi everyone I have a bit of a problem I just formatted my pc and installed all the drivers but I don't have sound in device manger it says PCI device is not installed and gives me error code 28 I am currently runnig a

Foxconn 45CMX series motherboard
with integrated sound card
and I am using Windows XP service pack 3

can anyone help me please?

This driver will only work if your audio plug is one the I/O plate – see here – click image to focus

Set a System Restore Point before installing any drivers just in case
Start / All Programs / Accessories / System Tools / System Restore – click radio button Create a restore point and follow instructions
