Hello everyone..I'm a little new to the forum so please excuse me..Does anyone have this card (CT 4830) or know of a location for some WinXP drivers for it? I had the drivers once but lost them, and I got them from someone on another forum, which unfortunately no longer is up and running (xp-erience.org)..I've been to Creative's website and tried all their driver updates and patches for my card with no luck..not sure what the problem is, but I have had sound before, prior to the last format I did...Thanks in advance for any help...Keith

Your card is an OEM version one of the SB Live cards.

You could try those drivers otherwise you need to go to your PC Manufacturers site for thr drivers.

What make is your PC?

Thanks for the reply..I completely forgot about going to Gateway's website for support..I've done so much to this PC since getting it from Gateway, I hope they can still support it! (I guess it shouldn't matter if it's just drivers huh?) Got this PC when it was new or should I say old...It's a slot 1 CPU...Didn't know nothing about PC's then...this was when slot's went out of style just as fast as they came in...I'll go and see what Gateway can offer...Thanks!!
