I also have the same card, but its not from CREATIVE its from MSI and its working smooth.
Some guy mentioned on this forum that his computer crashes with blue screen, so i have a trick which might help you but i am not sure that it work 100%, anyway go in the display properties then click on advanced and then click on troubleshooting tab, here you have a slider that is hardware acceleration slider. Try decreasing it by 1 level each time your pc crashes with blue screen. It might help you and also gives you an idea that why you are having this problem.
Also try to turn off TRILLINEER and ANISTROPIC optimizations in the CARD setting panel, if they are on.
