Printer Problems

Hi guys,

I am not sure which forum to post it to.. BUt here it is:

I have a HP LaserJet 4200 network printer. We are printing documents through citrix as well. The problem is that the documents get printed again by themselves after a day or two.
I am not able to understand how to stop it. Is there anything I need to configure???

Please help me out. I am having a total mess of reprinted documents....
