USB Driver Assistance

I used jv16 Power Tools to remove duplicate files. Now I seem to have an usual problem.

My new HP printer will not work, and when I tried to re=install the software if could not find USB driver or USB Hardware.

What should I look for in the jv16 bkup to get the drivers back.

Everything else is working ok, I just need to get the software to recognize my USB.

I know I have the software and hardware because I have used this printer before removing duplicate files with jv16.

I don't want to re=install the duplicate files as there was a bunch of trash.

What could I look for in the jv16 bkup that would restore my usb drive.

Which OS are you using?

Because we don't know your OS we cannot give instructions on how to restore/re-install the drivers.
