Webcam driver for usb Twinkle dc2110

I had to re-format my computer and now I want to re-install my webcam. Unfortunetly I can't find the cd with the drivers. My computer only recognizes that there is USB hardware that needs to be installed. What do I do? Should I just buy a new webcam?
