I have noticed that flipping between pages on your site has been quite painful lately,, it take about 6 to 8 second for any page flip to the next and it all has to do with the dynamic ad at the top of the page... as soon as the ad pops up then the rest of the page gets displayed right away.... I'm on dedicated T1 line and I still can see that , can you imagine what a 56K dial-up user goes through.

BTW, I'm using 56k dial up, loading fast here

once i blocked the commflash ads and the popups from this site it loads fast, and i too am on 56k at home.
