Not going away, but just wanted to "Thank You" to everyone who has helped me over the last two years. Found the forum when I purchased my first computer, at a rather late stage in my life. Due to your help I have advanced from a terrified computer user to someone who will perhaps never be an expert, to someone who is now very comfortabe with what was a strange machine. I don't know how I managed without it, it has opened up a whole new world to me and gives me great pleasure. An excellent forum 10 out of 10.

I have a slieght difficulty with writing because of an illness and I think to attack grammer like that is wrong. everyone can see!

If you took the time to read my posts on this forum, no way, you will see that I am not a rude or vindictive person. On the contrary, I am a very pleasant and helpful individual.

This is a matter between myself and another Member who has since been banned, albeit temporarily, due to the aforementioned points that I raised.

Regrettably, you get arguments between Members on a lot of forums, so please do not concern yourself with this one and enjoy your stay. If you do not wish to stay, then please feel free to leave and join another forum. There are lots of them out there.

Yes way. I am memer and the points are displayed in public. It is my concern when you attack something about people that you do not understand that I also have problem with. You attack me and all like me.
You have pointed out that persons writing skills need work because of grammer.
Does that member have dyslexia or poor site, or some other impediment? You would not know. So not good words to say.

I looked over some posts of you and the other one. I don't see any points ov concern. Some posts are more force than others but no need for worry. Only these posts above, from both of you.

As the original author of this post, I feel I must reply and add my comments. The views of Disk Contented and No Way are in no way a representation of the vast majority of members of this forum, who over the years I have been here are summed up in my original post. Sarcasm is a nasty form of wit, and No Way should have looked at more of the posts from Disc Contented, which follow a very similar pattern, arrogant and sarcastic,before making his comments. So if you are new to the forum, you can be sure to get all the help you need, so do not be intimidated by the remarks of people who should know better.

hi all,i just wanted to add a big thanks to bookworm and echo peckerwoods comments above and of course other members who take their time to help us all but you have to hand it to bookworm, to me its not just about saving money its more the challenge of sorting things out youre self and i could not have done it without youre help,we all had to start somewhere. there will always be misunderstandings and bickerings between folk and i think egos should be left out and get back to what this forum dose best. thank you bookworm and thank you all the other folk,take care and be happy.... dave jones.
