Lost password problems!

"Tool" can you please check in to my account and see what is wrong. I have tried several times to retrieve my lost password and recieve it O.K., but it just comes up "invalid user name" when I try to sign in.
I am now effectively "locked out" of my acount.

"Update"!..........Problem solved! I can now log in. Problem was 2 spaces between Overclocked and Doc instead of one.
