Live On Line Support
I had an idea for this forum and that is "Live On Line Support"
What if this Forum had a elite group of trusted people (identified by the forum Administrators)log into peoples PC to fix their issue, given the permission from the PC Owner.
All but initial communication would be on main forum and the rest would go through Personal messages like user name and password. And the order of remote administration would be using MyWebEXPC: http://www.mywebexpc.com/index.php safe and secure and VERY easy to setup / configure.
Please share your responds
Cheers

Don't you think it may cause problems?
AAAMember: My PC crashed, I lost all data because of XXXMember!
In forum, more people can read the problem, offer solutions, and people are free to try whatever they want.

Yes I do think it could cause problem for very small group of people who would like to blame someone else, however, "you" as Administrator or this forum could look at it different way. This forum could start-up a trend...by providing Live On Line solution for free at the beginning and in future could do the same thing for small $.
I say: "It's not easy to be different then other forums so what makes this forum unique"
Cheers

Chat Room!! I don't think it would work the same.
I have between 20 to 25 customers that I deal with only on remote access bases, They know that I have access to their computer when ever they ask for help. basically, they change the access password after I finished with their system (I have asked them to do that), and at the end I get a cheque in the mail.
It is matter or trust, and I know it is not easy to achieve it, but it is do-able.
